Returns only accepted if mattress or pillow has
not been used.
Returns must be in original packaging and postage
costs will be at buyers
expense.
If mattress or pillow is damaged on receipt back
at our factory then we
cannot accept liability and refund will not be
granted.
Refund will be given (cost of mattress only)
within 7 days of item being
received in original condition.
